Many List
These are not the final, ultimate list of all list. I create list to give the reader something to research and consider. If you are digging through the link directories, you may see these list again.
Food Suggestion List
By no means am I suggesting you go out and buy all this food. It's a list to make you think. If you stock wheats, grains, oats, etc, you also need a way to process and use it.
Shelf life dates are approximate. Shelf life always depends on storage location and method. Many times food loses it's prime taste and nutrition with age but does not necessarily become dangerous to consume. If it smells or taste bad, throw it out.
Click Here for information on shelf life, use by dates, sell by dates and best by dates. I've read stories of people eating 40 year old canned food with no ill effects.
